My name is Margie and I am a cottage baker in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. My products are made in a private home not subject to state licensing or inspection. I use premium ingredients, and my treats do not need to be refrigerated unless preferred by you.
I am a self-taught baker and enjoy every aspect of the baking world!

MEET YOUR BAKER!
I have been interested in baking ever since I was a little girl! From checking out bakery books from the library to experimenting in the kitchen, baking has always captured my attention.
​
I work full time at an amazing law firm, but when I get home, I put on my apron and start getting creative with my custom cupcakes and cookies! I love to play around with different extracts to create unique combinations.
​
What makes me happy is seeing others enjoying my treats.
A smile, hearing "mmmm!" or a sweet review of Just A Bite, brings joy to my life. I love to share and often offer complimentary samples to many of my neighbors, family and friends.
I try to give back to the community and offer complimentary cupcake boxes to Fitchburg Fire/EMS, local restaurant staff and Make A Wish Foundation.

My husband and I live in the heart of Fitchburg and when I'm not baking, we are actively playing pickleball, hiking in the forest and enjoying Dane County activities!
